WARM WOOLIES FOR WINTER | friyay affordables

November 17, 2017

So it's really cold out. This week, I opened the rubbermaid container in our closet (yup..B and I share a closet #condolife) and pulled out my parka...I need a new one btw...coat, over the knee flat boots, gloves and hats...it all came out. Today, these items are especially needed. While I plan on buying THIS park this year to replace my older one, I also need to purchase a few coats as well. In Canada and I'm sure colder place in the States as well, a coat serves you more than your summer clothes. So it's nice to have a few on hand to style, particularly if you appreciate fashion. Of course, they're not exactly cheap either. I try to add one or two to my collection each year.

I am in love with this blue one. The colour is gorg (on sale!!) !!! I also love how THIS one has a little skirt on the bottom. It's very girly and flirty. This blush one is as well.

When it comes to work, I like my jacket to be a little more polished and classic. This one has really great leather details on it, which adds some dimension. It's also covers the butt - which is important when it's -35 out (AND IT'S ON SALE!!). I love the double breasted buttons on this pea coat. Pea coats are also classic. If you like shorter styles, this one is super cute as well.

Moving away from black, THIS grey one has such a cute cut. I really love the look of it. And you can never go wrong with a long classic camel coat like THIS one.

These are all under $200USD, and some of them are a wool blend, which is an added bonus, because they're actually going to be warm!

I hope one of these keeps you warm and cozy this winter! Where do you usually get your coats from?
