I saw my friend wearing these beautiful culottes a month or so ago. I fell in love with them...the colour, the style...everything.
I'll admit that culottes were a little difficult for me to get used to wearing. I usually wear more form-fitting clothing, and Byron usually likes when I wear form fitting clothes (I can't imagine why...) but once I put this outfit on, he looked me up and down and said "You look good, baby" And I felt better about them hahaha. Although, I have worn them for work and the girls I work with loved them too. And I have to say, these are possibly the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. I mean, seriously, it feels like you're wearing nothing.
I decided to style them in a way that I thought would be appropriate for work. Although, there's plenty of opportunity to change up your look with the pants. Crop tops, flouncy tops, heels, white sneakers...it's endless. Since I work in an office and many of my readers do as well, I figured I would throw in a practical outfit that you can wear to the office as well. This outfit is great if you have plans after work too.
The top is beautiful and it's from H&M - it has silver embellishments just on the edge of the sleeve hole. I couldn't find a link, but you can likely still get it in store. I found one HERE (this top is beautiful!) and I've linked a few similar items in the widget at the end of this post. However, it's so easy to find a simple white tank top that you could style with these pants. The shoes are adorable, aren't they! These were a special find, so I can't the same ones. I have linked similar styles in the widget below though, so you can take a look at them!
I kept my makeup neutral with pink hues. I used the Jaclyn Hill palette by Morphe, which I LOVE!
Hope you get some inspiration from this look!
