I wish I could take credit for this one, but this is fully Bryon's recipe and it 100% came out of his head. Are you shocked that I'm featuring a non-vegetarian / vegan meal? Proof...we do eat meat!
Bryon and I are both pretty conscious of what we eat. We don't eat a lot of 'bad food' and we're both super proactive about going to the gym. So healthy meals are a must for us. According to Dr. B McKay, these turkey burgers are good for you! (perhaps not the cheese bun...) and and leftover meat can be rolled into turkey balls (lol..sorry) and tossed into the freezer for future dinners.
Anyway, these are seriously amazing and probably really easy to make. I'm saying probably because I didn't even lend a hand to help with this one. haha. Prep snapshots below from my iPhone and recipe written by Bryon himself to follow.

The McTurkey Glory Burger
In a large bowl combine:
1 lb of low fat ground turkey
2/3-1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1/8-1/4 cup of Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon of dried chives (or fresh if you are fancy)
1/4 teaspoon Mexican chilli power
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried onion powder
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon Barbarian Steakhouse steak spice ( or any substitute)
1/2 teaspoon dried basal or 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh
Salt and ground pepper (pinch or two)
Mix with hands and make into patties of desired size (or balls for amazing meatballs)
Cook on grill until cooked (internal temp >72 degrees Celsius
Add fresh greens, Thai chili sauce, fresh avocado on a toasted cheese bun.
Pat yourself on the back cause you made an amazing burger.
